After nearly four wonderful years on Charlotte Street, we have closed Lisboeta, and are preparing for our next chapter, Luso.
Luso celebrates the flavours of Portugal’s Iberian Atlantic coastline with a menu shaped by the sea, land, and centuries-old wood fire cooking techniques.
Developed in collaboration with acclaimed Portuguese chef and Mugaritz alumnus Leandro Carreira, the menu highlights exceptional, well-sourced ingredients through modern takes on classics such as Salt Baked Wild Sea Bass, Clams à Bulhão Pato, and Oven-Roasted Leitão (suckling pig).
The wine list champions the best of Portugal’s diverse terroirs, alongside European highlights and a unique cellar collection aged under the sea.
