Introducing Luso, a Contemporary Portuguese Restaurant

After nearly four wonderful years on Charlotte Street, we have closed Lisboeta, and are preparing for our next chapter, Luso

Luso celebrates the flavours of Portugal’s Iberian Atlantic coastline with a menu shaped by the sea, land, and centuries-old wood fire cooking techniques. 

Developed in collaboration with acclaimed Portuguese chef and Mugaritz alumnus Leandro Carreira, the menu highlights exceptional, well-sourced ingredients through modern takes on classics such as Salt Baked Wild Sea Bass, Clams à Bulhão Pato, and Oven-Roasted Leitão (suckling pig).

The wine list champions the best of Portugal’s diverse terroirs, alongside European highlights and a unique cellar collection aged under the sea.
